Spent Micro-etchant Regeneration and Copper Recovery Equipment
1. Technical Introduction
Spent micro-etchant reclamation technology developed by Vary Tech is mainly apply to H2SO4-H2O2 micro-etching system. After copper being extracted from spent micro-etchant, the rest of spent solution will be modified and reused in the micro-etchant tank. During the process, spent micro-etchant is 100% reclaimed and it reduces the pollution to the environment.
2. Application Scope
This technology applies to copper-containing load & unload tank solution generated by chemistry copper pretreatment, chemistry nickel gold pretreatment, inner layer pretreatment, corrosion copper pretreatment and horizon line pretreatment, etc in PCB plants.
3. Equipment Introduction
3.1 Process Flow
Spent H2SO4-H2O2 system micro-etchant is pumped to collecting tank and then successively pumped to dissociation-electrodeposition tank where high purity copper plates are produced. Once cupric content is lower than 5 g/L, stop electrodeposition and check the consistency of H2SO4 and H2O2. Add H2SO4, H2O2 and microetching stabilizer according to the difference between checking value and control value. Then modified micro-etchant is pumped back to micro-etching tank after being proven qualified.
