1.      Technical Introduction

The composition of spent solder stripper is complex. The solder slag is deposit from spent solder stripper which will be divided into two parts after filtering: 30% of it is centralized treated by wastewater station and the rest is back to solder stripping process line after oxidization and solution adjustment.

It’s applied to nitric acid type spent solder stripper in PCB plants.

 

3. Equipment Introduction

3.1 Process Flow

Adding immersion tin activator and feed to pretreated solution for filtering. The filter residue (tin concentrate) can be sold directly; or adding reagents to dissolve it and then extract metallic tin after electrodeposition. Part of filter residue return back to solder stripping process line after composition adjustment.
